Under The Owl Tree is a luxury shepherds hut situated in the heart of a working farm in a beautiful village in the Cotswolds. The hut is fully fitted to a high specification. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo. Please note it is a minimum of a two nights stay over the weekends. Sadly dogs are not allowed as we have farm animals, horses, chickens, ducks and not to forget Baguette and Lottie the Kune Kune pigs. 4g only no wifi

The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. A beautiful shepherd’s hut set in the idyllic agricultural farm lands of the Cotswolds. The perfect location for a romantic break or much needed time away. The hut has everything you need for a cosy night; a luxurious king size bed, farmhouse style kitchen, log burning stove and star- gazing skylight. Exquisite sun set views and the use of a fire-pit make for memorable evenings. Just minutes walk from the centre of Bibury; local eateries, Arlington Row, and many footpaths to savour.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Included in your stay are Kayaks, Paddle Boards & Bikes so you can kayak to the pub or cycle in to Bath and create some great memories and fun photo opportunities. At the end of the day you can relax in the outdoor bath with the fire crackling overlooking the water (Large glass of wine in hand optional) The hut is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay.

The wood-fired Hikki Sweden hot tub is available for guests to use 24/7, with stunning countryside views. We provide several logs and kindling on arrival. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 with a comfy double bed, working kitchen, and shower room. The view from the hot tub is of Bredon Hill, and most mornings, you will see the herd of deer pass through the field.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
