Potrete rilassarvi nella sua pineta attrezzata di panchine ombreggiate e giochi per bambini o concludere la vostra giornata di mare al campo di calcetto dove organizzare una partitella di pallone in compagnia. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano letto (trasformabile in un letto a due piazze) e terrazza panoramica; camera da letto matrimoniale; bagno con doccia.

Hier wohnst Du ruhig und kannst völlig entspannen, während dich die Sonne von Morgens bis Abends verwöhnt. In 4-5 Minuten radelst du an den schönsten Strände Italiens, zu den Supermercatos, dem Hotel Chia Laguna oder diversen Restaurants. Ich kenne unsere Region wie meine Westentasche. Gerne helfe ich dir, sie wie ein Einheimischer kennen und lieben zu lernen.

In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
