Zu Fuß erreicht ihr den Strand Lavaculos in 200m, herrlich für Familien mit Kindern um Krebse zu suchen, zu angeln und Seevögel zu beobachten. Zur Costa Sancti Petri sind es 5 m, fussläufig. Die Wohnung ist 85m2 groß und sehr ruhig gelegen, vom großen Balkon schaut ihr über die Pools und den Garten, vom kleinen Balkon blickt ihr über die Marismas bis Cádiz.
