Nur 4 Autominuten vom Dorfzentrum mit Supermärkten, Bars, Restaurants und allen wichtigen Dienstleistungen entfernt. Ideal gelegen: 15 Gehminuten von einer malerischen Bucht und 7 Autominuten vom berühmten Strand Li Cossi, einem Juwel von Costa Paradiso.

Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Casa Li Cossi

This home enjoys a truly unique location with breathtaking views of the sea, the Li Cossi Canyon, and the surrounding nature. From the veranda you can see beautiful sunsets (for several months of the year it can be seen directly into the sea) and from the terrace you can admire the sunrise over the peaks of surrounding hills. The sea, where the path to the famous sandy beach of Li Cossi begins, is 900 m on foot or 2.2 km by car. The house is 950 m from the center.

Im ruhigen, abgeschiedenen Teil von Costa Paradiso mit seiner atemberaubenden Küste sowie versteckten, einsamen Felsbuchten gelegen und mit Meerblick von allen Zimmern und Terrassen - genau das richtige für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der Natur. 150 Meter vom Meer (Felsbucht) bzw. 2,5 km zum Sandstrand Li Cossi. 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer und ein offenes Gästezimmer, außerdem ein 15m Pool (geöffnet 15.6. - 15.9.).

Right on the sea, Villetta Cristallo benefits from a truly unique location. Only a few steps from the sea, but also from mini-markets, cafe's and restaurants, the house has the added value of not having to take the car for small errands. It comprises of two comfortable double bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), living room, fully furnished kitchen and a large terrace on the beach where guests can relax in an enchanting scenery.

Casa Atlante - 70s silent house with sea view

Casa Atlante is a restoration project using the typical style of Costa Paradiso village. As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s. Apartment in villa relax garden BBQ

New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, one bathroom and living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

Un'oasi di pace in uno dei luoghi più suggestivi del Nord-Sardegna, Costa Paradiso. Goditi un tramonto unico dalle due terrazze, con vista spettacolare sull'Asinara e le Bocche di Bonifacio. La casa dispone di cucina accessoriata, ampio salone, due camere da letto e due bagni. E' disponibile anche il wi-fi, ma dubitiamo che lo userete. A cinque minuti di macchina dal mare, circondati da ampio giardino mediterraneo.
