Apartamento muy luminoso y confortable, totalmente reformado con un estilo actual. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades: -lavadora, microondas, batidora, tostador, cafetera, plancha, etc. El alojamiento consta de 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y armarios empotrados, salón comedor, baño completo, cocina y terraza. Todo en planta baja, no hay que subir escaleras. Entrada individual y salida al jardín desde la terraza. Esta temporada vamos a prestar especial atención al aspecto, a la limpieza en el apartamento y a la seguridad sanitaria frente al coronavirus. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, einer riesigen Wohnküche und einer großen Sonnenterasse ist es ideal für Strand- und Wanderferien an der Ostalgarve. Die Zentralheizung in allen Räumen macht das Haus auch im Winter zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für lange Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren. Der große Swimming Pool mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal wird gemeinsam mit den Gästen der Casa do Pátio und den Inhabern genutzt.

Salon avec cheminée, chambre à coucher en étage (lit deux places), petit salon avec couchage d'appoint (canapé convertible 1 ou 2 personnes; communique avec la chambre), cuisine agréable et bien équipée, salle de douche et WC. Originally this part of the farmhouse was the family living area and still features beautiful authentic Portuguese tile floors, renovated wooden shutters and ceiling ornament in the hallway. Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.
