Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Ein Haus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit Geschichte. Unsere fünf privaten Apartments sind der perfekte Ort, um sich zurückzuziehen oder direkt in das lebendige Cádiz einzutauchen. Ob beim Lesen oder beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse – hier ist genug Raum, um zu entspannen und sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Alle Apartments blicken auf die Plaza Candelaria und bewahren die originalen Holzdecken aus dem 19. Jahrhundert sowie die traditionellen marokkanischen Zementfliesen, die jedem Apartment seinen einzigartigen Charme verleihen. Der Zugang zum gesamten Haus ist exklusiv für unsere Hausgäste, inklusive Dachterrasse mit gemütlichen Sitzbereichen – ideal, um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Das Haus in zentraler Lage mitten am „Plaza de la Candelaria“ ist jeweils 250 m von der Kathedrale und vom Markt sowie 20 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ursprünglich befand sich am Platz ein 1567 erbautes Kloster, welches 1873 abgerissen wurde, um den kleinen Klosterinnenhof zum Plaza zu erweitern. Nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich Supermärkte, mehrere Cafés und ausgezeichnete Restaurants sowie alles was man benötigt.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay in this wonderful city. It is perfect for couples or 2 people, although it has the option of a two-seater sofa bed, so that up to 4 people can enter the apartment without problem. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, utensils included of course. The room has two beds with everything you need to avoid getting cold (although here we like the heat a lot and you may not need to pull the blanket, but we leave that to your choice!). Finally, in the living room you will have a sofa bed for two people and a TV to fall asleep if you have a sleepless night. By the way, free WIFI included! If you have an emergency and need to wash something, don't worry, in the common areas we have a free washing machine at the customer's disposal.
