Dieses Zimmer auf der 1. Etage ist ideal für Paare. Die Doppeltüren öffnen sich auf den Balkon und Blick auf die Straße. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank, handgefertigte Nachttische aus den Mandelbäumen der Farm, und im Badezimmer besteht die Waschbeckenoberfläche aus Zypressenholz, das 2018 während des Sturms Gloria umgeweht wurde. Dieses Zimmer ist für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich und verfügt über breite Türen und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Es gibt einen Aufzug, um in die erste Etage zu gelangen.

Kamer met queensize bed met eigen en suite badkamer met rainshower. Wij verblijven ook in de woning, en verzorgen het ontbijt (10€ pp) en desgewenst ook het avondeten. Keuken en woonkamer kunnen we met jullie delen, alsook ons zwembad. De woning is bijzonder rustig gelegen in de sierra de la Pila, vlakbij La Garapacha en Fuente Blanca. Hier, op 2,5km van de woning bevinden zich 2 lokale bars/restaurants. Op 10km ligt Fortuna, met alle nodige voorzieningen, winkels, bars en restaurants.

Rum nr 5, 22 kvm 2 trappor upp (utan hiss ) med två enkelsängar 80x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig, Vindsrum med eget badrum och AC, sovrummet är 13 kvm och badrum och hall 9 kvm. Dörren till rummet är den gamla original dörren som vi har behållit men inuti är takhöjden mycket generös. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag.
