From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. Fantástico piso, amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Es una sexta planta con ascensor, hermosas vistas a un parque y cercando al estadio Wanda Metropolitano. La casa tiene todos lo necesario para para disfrutar de unos días inolvidables en Madrid. Wifi, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias, cocina totalmente equipada. El edificio tiene piscina abierta durante los meses de verano (principios junio hasta primera semana de septiembre), y zona de niños en urbanización cerrada.

Mi casa se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.
