The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Si trova al secondo piano, offre un posto auto coperto all'interno della proprietà ed a pochi passi dal mare e dalla vicina zona pedonale centrale dove è possibile trovare ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. La fermata del Bus, a pochi metri, permette di raggiungere il vicino centro commerciale in dieci minuti mentre un negozio di alimentari e un negozio per noleggiare biciclette è sotto casa.
