Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Relax and enjoy a classic English "Shepherds hut", set in a private garden overlooking the Shotover river with Mountain views. 5 minutes drive to the bottom of Coronet peak. 8 minutes drive to Queenstown central. Our "Shepherds hut" cooking facilities, wood fireplace, tv screen for dvd's(no WiFi), books for entertainment and homegrown walnuts to crack. Soak in the outdoor bath.
