Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.

Hiking to beautiful waterfalls are only a 5 minute drive. (If there's been a good rain) The AZ Fish Hatchery and Bird Sanctuary is only a few minutes drive away. If your traveling with your own horses, we have room for them also. Let us know how many before arrival.
