This suite is on the 2nd floor of The House on Hickory, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen and living room area for a total of around 700 sq ft. Enjoy clean wood floors throughout and a fully tiled bathroom. Please note that thanks to the age of the home, the hardwood stairs can be a bit squeaky as well as low ceilings.

Our place has been designed to give our guests a cozy, peaceful and fun stay. It is 2 minutes from the exit to I-35, 3 minutes (1 mile) from UNT & 7 minutes from Denton Downtown. There is a large backyard. The kitchen has oil, sugar, salt, pepper and more than 25 types of spices, pots n pans - for our guests who like to cook. There are games for families and Netflix on the TV. Guests have access to washer & dryer as well. We try our best to ensure that our guests have a lovely stay!
