The apartment is located on the 6th floor of in a classic, fully functional 1960s building with a standard elevator. This is a lived-in city home with the architectural character of its era, not a sterile, newly built luxury hotel. We love hosting independent, relaxed travellers who appreciate local charm. If you are looking for flawlessness, I respectfully ask that you book elsewhere. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only, but I kindly request that you take the horrible butts with you and stick them in the trash chute. Because we are right on the lakes in the middle of Copenhagen, the balcony experiences standard city air and dust. Local spiders can spin a new outdoor web in a matter of minutes. If the sight of a spiderweb outside ruins your holiday, this is not the property for you.

Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. lovely apartment located by the beautiful lakes, in Copenhagen. Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

Perched on my favourite street in inner Nørrebro. 50 meters from some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. My apartment is my home and is the culmination of my work and travels over the past 17 years. Inside you'll find original artworks by Richard Serra, Sterling Ruby, Kenneth Willardt, and myself. Rare books everywhere. Plants cover the windows and floor. The beautiful bathroom was designed by me and executed by Frama. The kitchen is also a custom unit by Frama in Copenhagen.

Our apartment is located at the heart of Copenhagen in the beautiful and popular neighborhood Vesterbro – close to Tivoli, the best restaurants, and some of the most charming shopping streets, you can find. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)
