Relax and watch the birds and fish on Copano Bay from this elevated home just west of Rockport, Texas. It's the perfect family fishing spot - everything you need is right here. You have your own private lighted fishing pier with two benches, and a cleaning station with power and water. Beautifully landscaped with privacy in mind, this house sits on an extra large lot with a shady grilling area on the ground level. Please note that all interior spaces require steps or stairs to access.

Watch the sunset over Copano Bay while on the 12'X35' brand new deck, swinging in the hammock, or at the end of the LONGEST pier in the Copano Cove area. Pier is 350' long and has multiple sports fishing lights with a new fish cleaning stand. The pier goes right out to the channel from the mouth of Salt Lake which is a fish estuary. No other pier comes close to Hook'em. Birds of all feathers call this area home. Big Fish! Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.
