With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Beach, bay, bush, hot tub - Killcare Knoll House

Enjoy the wonderfully central location and remarkable privacy of the Knoll House. This fabulous adults only retreat-style home boasts an enviable location, striking design, heated plunge pool and 270 degree views. A 5 minute walk to both Killcare beach and the cafes and restaurants of Hardys Bay in a secluded yet central location on the edge of the National Park with beautiful beach, bay and bush views. The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish Feb 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.

This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.
