Our property is located on a quiet residential street with a new playground and large grass area in the back yard. We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

Relax on our two decks and soak in the beautiful MN outdoors. Our home offers quick and easy access to downtown Minneapolis, making your stay both relaxing and convenient.

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

Located in the heart of Minneapolis with coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and easy access to bike trails and public transportation. Please note the space is for single travelers.

This cozy retreat boasts an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights, illuminating a space adorned with beautiful plants, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

For your enjoyment is a clean one bedroom apartment in my home. It has its own private entrance, reserved parking, a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaker tub and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom is a king sized bed and a smart TV connected to the internet for your use. The home is located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Within blocks of the house, there are restaurants, shops and several grocery stores.
