We live in the main house on the property but the space is private and we are usually away when we rent out the Airbnb. Walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants and if your into riding bikes there are kms of path at your doorstep.

This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our stunning beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is a 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Full time Tenants /co hosts live upstairs in the original beach house are beautiful people very respectful of valued guests However as with any unit you may hear their footsteps above. 1.2km easy (walk, ride, drive) on path to beach access, 1.7km to the center of Coolum. Bus stop 50m or courtesy bus's to Clubs.

Peregian Sunsets

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant. At night it is very quiet with all of the stars visible in the huge sky. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Fully airconditioned.

The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.

Watch the sunset from the deck every night! 15 minutes drive to Coolum Beach and 5 minutes drive to Yandina. 10 minute drive to Mt Ninderry summit walk. There are two friendly cats at the property who will surely come to say hello. Note there is no public transport around this area.
