Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Based in the pedestrian zone of the historic centre on top of the ancient city wall, this flat does not have parking or a lift. The flat sports three terraces, one with kitchen, two balconies, and views of the hills and sea. Moments from the central staircase to the beach. Great views; many stairs involved. This double story villa is one of two adjacent villas available. The villa is newly built and offers 2-bedroom 2-bathroom living with direct beach access. It is equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a relaxing beach holiday along the coast of beautiful Calabria. The space offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor terrace. The 2 bedrooms both have balcony access that provide stunning sea views. The area is completely fenced and accessible by electric gate.

La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Marina con tanti ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro storico, con la piazza ricca di ristoranti, gelaterie e negozi di alimentari.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
