Private getaway in the mountains of SW PA. 5 min from Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. Small home with a spacious deck and large open doors that make the indoor and outdoor space a single living area. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. For those bringing pets, keep in mind there are some dogs that run in the neighborhood and also plenty of other wildlife.

Yough Nest Bungalow is in Confluence Pennsylvania and is located directly across from the Youghiogheny River; it is located one block away from The Great Allegheny Passage Bicycle and Hiking Trail. This half of a home rental offers a front deck, a queen bed, a large living area with tv, and bar area with a small kitchenette area. PLEASE BE AWARE if you have allergies or phobias of cats; there are two cats (Rocket and Slash) on the premises that like to visit with and love on guests.

Listen to the frogs sing in the springtime, pick raspberries and blackberries in July, peaches in August, and pears in September, watch birds from the porch swing, relax in the hammock, swap stories around the fire, and gaze up at a starry sky. Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

Newly remodeled, this apartment has a second story balcony that probably has the best view in Confluence. Great for sitting out with your morning cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening.
