We welcome hikers, nature lovers, those visiting friends or family or just wanting to enjoy the area's beautiful scenery and many artistic venues. I like to think of it as a peaceful sanctuary that we'd like to share with you.

A quiet and beautiful updated second-floor apartment steps away from downtown Concord. The apartment is attached to a historic 1800’s New Englander home and has a fully renovated bathroom (as of 12/1/24!), full kitchen, one bedroom, a living/dining room with a pullout mattress with topper, plus two walk-in closets. Additionally, we provide air conditioning, high-speed internet, and Netflix for guests. The space is professionally cleaned AND linens are professionally laundered!

Our home is tucked away off of Washington Street and feels secluded though we are walking distance to downtown Dover. Our home was built as a warehouse 100 years ago and was converted to a residence in 2009. The apartment has a separate entrance from the rest of the house and has a private deck. The space is light and airy, both rustic and contemporary, with old floors and exposed rafters. We are a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the train to Boston or Portland, Maine.

Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Our guest suite has a private entrance to a mud room and is fully furnished, full kitchen and bath and can sleep up to 6 people.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located on the second floor. The property is located at South Elm Street, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Access on both main highways 293/93 SN. Is 10 minutes away from SHNU Arena, Downtown Manchester, Bedford and South Willow Street. ✔️ I don't allow Service Pets, due to a bad experience that I had in the past.

Victorian Carriage House Suite

Our Carriage House is located six blocks from downtown in the beautiful capital city of Concord. It is in close proximity to St. Paul's School and UNH Law School. It is ideal for an overnight or an extended stay. We live next door in the main house and we will be available to provide any help you might need during your stay.
