A su llegada, se le facilitará un código de acceso que le permitirá abrir la puerta de entrada. Se distribuye en un hall de entrada, salón con cocina americana, dormitorio en el que se encuentra la cama de matrimonio (1,40x2,00) con ropa de cama y baño completo con ducha. Está completamente equipado, con los servicios principales de cocina con lavavajillas, frigo, cafetera italiana, aire acondicionado, plancha, baño equipado con toallas, secador y gel, así como televisión y Wifi (fibra 600 mb) cuyo funcionamiento se detalla una vez realizada la reserva. Se proporciona un juego de llaves de la puerta dentro del cajetín de la entrada al apartamento. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará un suplemento de 35 € para hacer una copia de reemplazo. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer/dryer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
