Tiene una bañera en el sótano en una antigua bodega con el techo abovedado de ladrillo, en la planta alta tiene un dormitorio amplio con cama 150cm y un baño completo. En la planta baja está el salón cocina. Un lugar único, ideal para parejas donde relajarse y disfrutar. Las escaleras son empinadas, no es adecuado para bebés o personas con movilidad reducida.
