Guest unit in a log home on Georgetown Lake. Ski at several near by resorts in the winter (Loveland 15 min). Hiking and biking trails await out the front door as well as fishing, rafting, ziplining. Red Rocks Amphitheater is 35 min away. Several hot springs areas are within scenic drives. The lakefront unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied floor and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, parking for two cars, porch and grill.

Lovely backyard w/ Hot Tub! Walking distance to food & drinks, close to Levitt Pavilion (free live music!) & Denver University. Private basement studio apartment. Full kitchen, bath, laundry. King size bed along w/ a huge couch. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine & beautiful backyard (smoking outside OK). The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage. Fire pit availability dependent upon weather.

The Cookie House

This cozy Cookie House is centrally located in downtown Breckenridge, only one mile away from Main Street- far enough from town for peace and quiet, but only a short walk to Main Street and the gondola. Additionally, the free local bus stop is just up the street. With great access to town and plenty of trails just out the back door, The Cookie House is the perfect way to experience life in Breckenridge- plus, it comes with homemade, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! All humans are welcome.

Enjoy the Black Hawk casinos just 15 minutes away or stay in to enjoy the creekside sauna and fire pit patio.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
