Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Studio apartment with king bed and full kitchen located in desirable Placer Valley subdivision in Alma, 12 miles to Breckenridge. Apartment is above the detached garage with private entrance. Relax with the creek right outside your door, amazing views, and quiet neighborhood. Great access to skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, 4x4, or simply take a walk along the south platte river that flows through the middle of the neighborhood in the valley.

Rustic Bunkhouse in Black Forest

Retreat from civilization in this beautiful log bunkhouse in the forest. Stroll among the ponderosa pines or sit by the lake on our sprawling 40 acres. Only 10 minutes northeast of Colorado Springs and 20 minutes to the heart of the Air Force Academy. This 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath also has a 5-bed sleeping loft that sleeps 8 (one queen futon, two double, two single top bunks) and a full kitchen.

This house includes vaulted ceilings, amazing kitchen to great room open floor plan, washer/dryer, brand new appliances, soft close cabinets, completely fenced and private entrance, front & backyard. Back yard offers a relaxing oasis to enjoy a nice Fire pit, couch, and of course admire the mini Koop with chickens!

Creekside Cabin at Four Mile Creek Guest Cabins

The Creekside cabin is a charming and cozy, log cabin with a full kitchen and bath. It has a queen size bed and a full size bed (all in the same sleeping area). Enjoy sleeping to the sound of Four Mile Creek right outside the windows. Beginning January 1, 2025 we will not be serving breakfast but we will be providing Coffee, Teas and creamer in the cabins.

King Bed/ Balcony/Mountain View

This 2nd floor unit was just constructed in 2023 with tall vaulted ceilings, 8ft tall doors, full kitchen, and an awesome balcony with Mountain/Sunset views! On the balcony enjoy your morning coffee or dinner looking at the sunset. You get individual climate control in the bedrooms and the living room.
