The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Stay a night or a week, whatever it takes to recharge your batteries. Traveling nurses and business travelers are welcome. We are happy to have you.

Laptop-friendly workspace plus barn doors upstairs. Easy access to everything in Denver, but you may just choose to stay in.

Come prepared to relax...whether by the fire pit, fishing or just hanging out on the deck just a few feet away from the Dolores River.

Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

Gondola Getaway- A sweet spot in Breckenridge

The Getaway is located on the ground level of a historic barn that has been totally remodeled...and the Getaway is a newer addition to property. Down a few steps to an intimate deck area & then a few more steps to the entry into the open floor plan that is light and airy. The Gondola Getaway is well-equipped for relaxing and enjoying a mountain retreat. There is a reserved parking space next to the building.
