The railcar is the larger of the two and has a king size bed, walk in shower, full kitchen, and living area. Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

Nothing fancy to see here! We are doing our best to work with Nature as we create our home and open our 14 acres of raw beautiful land to guests. We have 18 hole disc golf, yoga dome, hammocks, trails, fossil hunting, a Spring (rain dependent) etc! The Treetop Cabin sits a hundred feet away from any other structure and has a patio overlooking the Texas Hill Country. The land provides an opportunity to connect with Nature. Location allows easy access to Hill Country attractions.

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.
