We are a 10-minute walk from a restaurant and 3 minutes from a convenience store. The public transportation station is on the corner of the house and the taxi station is two blocks away, at the entrance of the subdivision. The marina and downtown Cabo are a 10-minute drive away, with access to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Pets are not allowed, but if you have one and would like to bring it, please send us photos and a description. We will consider making an exception with a fee.

Our rentals sit on the family property in Cabo. Martin built the main house downstairs after his mother gave him the land behind her house in 1995. Today, the majority of Martin’s family each (He is 1 of 9 siblings) have houses on property, including Martin’s brother’s restaurant Jo's Garden.
