CITRA: 011016-LT-0529. Ricky, der Besitzer, ein bekannter Schmuckdesigner aus La Spezia, hat die Inneneinrichtung mit viel Liebe selbst gestaltet. Sein Ferienhaus wurde auf einem berühmten Design Magazin veröffentlicht. Die Gegend ist wundervoll ruhig und befindet sich oberhalb von Lerici. Das Steinhäuschen hat einen grossen Garten mit Pool und Gartendusche, Terrasse mit Spüle und Gaskocher zum draussen essen und sitzen. Die letzten 100 m zum Haus sind grobe unbefestigte Schotterstraße.
