Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 min. à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Le chalet est situé à 1200m (alt.) sur la montagne les Pléiades en pleine nature (véhicule nécessaire). Le lieu est idéal pour combiner randonnées, et découvrir la région du Lac Léman. Nous parlons français, allemand, anglais (petit-déjeuner inclus ). The chalet is located at 1200m (alt.) On the Pléiades mountain in the middle of nature (vehicle necessary). The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Cosy apartment on the ground floor of a Swiss chalet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room and an entrance hall. The garden is surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. If you are lucky you can see deer and chamois in the forest below, or even an eagle! TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED 😀 The ski bus stops next to the chalet, or 3 minute drive to Gryon telecabine car park. Free parking bay next to the chalet. NON-SMOKERS ONLY

Bienvenue dans notre charmant appartement offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman et la riviera Suisse, vous vous y sentirez comme à la maison. Il y a plusieurs stations de ski dans les alentours du logement. - Thollon-les-Mémises à 20 km du logement, soit environ 25/30 min - Bernex à 22 km du logement soit environ 30 min - le domaine des portes du Soleil à 50 km soit environ 50 min/1h - le domaine de Villars-Gryon-Les diablerets à 45 km soit environ 50 min/1h

Appartement au bord du lac

Appartement au bord du lac Léman, de petite taille mais tout refait a neuf, avec une piscine privée de l'immeuble, un parking privé pour une voiture, une plage privée au bord du lac, par contre il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, notamment pour aller en Suisse ( assez éloigné de l'aéroport de Genève ou de la ville de Lausanne, avec des bouchons fréquents). Les déplacements en transport en commun sont compliqués et peu développés.

Beautiful Traditional Alpine Chalet

Our lovely chalet stands in its own grounds and overlooks the Lac de Vonnes, just 10 minute walk from village centre and 100 metres from the ski lifts linking the Super Chatel and Linga ski area. It is possible to ski back to the chalet door. We have 5 ensuite family bedrooms, a children's playroom, lounge with open fireplace, and lovely panelled dining room plus a lovely decked terrace with sunken jacuzzi. All in all a fabulous space to enjoy.

A happy home with an even brighter outlook

Luxury apartment with stunning views, sounds of mountain streams and cowbells. This former Swiss border patrol is a communal monument. Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.

Haustiere sind wegen Allergien nicht erlaubt. Im Februar, Juli und August Aufenthalte von nur mind. 7 Nächte. Maximum 10 Personen. Die Wohnung im Chalet, nach Süden mit 4 Schlafzimmern für max. 10 Personen. Eine Nachtskipiste ist in 5 Gehminuten und 10 bis 20 Fahrminuten die Skigebiete Leysin, Les Diablerets und Les Mosses erreichbar. Eine Kaution von CHF 300.- in bar. Im Grundpreis inbegriffen sind: Heizung, Elektrizität, Schlussreinigung.

Genießen Sie Wandern, Radfahren, Thermalbäder, Museen und viele andere Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Das Dorf bietet eine Kaffeebar, Metzgerei, Käserei, Restaurants und eine Pizzeria. Das Loft bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Gäste mit einem Doppelbett und 2 Schlafsofas.
