Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Located a mere 7.5km (10min drive) from the heart of Albany, our place is a newly built home offering clean and crisp surrounds to enhance your stay. Situated at the infamous Emu Point with parkland and swings for the little ones, glorious tiered grass zones, family friendly ocean with barbecue facilities as well as the ever popular Emu Point Cafe (7.30am - 4pm daily) and fish and chips from The Squid Shack (Fri-Sun 11am - 7pm) all within walking distance. Cycle paths are abundant

Middleton Mews - Unit 6

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.
