The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

In centro casa storica del 1300 completamente ristrutturata, accogliente e silenziosa, dotata di ogni confort. Ingresso indipendente, cucina soggiorno e bagno ed al piano superiore camera matrimoniale e bagno. Situata a 100 mt. da Piazza Arnolfo e 200 mt. dal centro storico, per chi viaggia in autobus la fermata è a soli 200 mt. Posizione strategica per visitare Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra, Chianti e per percorrere la Via Francigena o fare il Percorso nel sentiero dell'Elsa.

Un luogo meraviglioso dove trascorrere alcuni giorni in piacevole compagnia. Un ampio salone con camino dove rilassarsi al rientro da bellissime passeggiate, giri in bicicletta, ed escursioni. L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

La Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.
