IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

Grazioso appartamento con ingresso indipendente situato a Vercana, con meravigliosa vista lago. Soggiorno soleggiato con balcone, cucina indipendente, ampia camera matrimoniale con due balconi vista lago, cameretta con due posti letto e balcone, bagno con doccia. Il Comune di Vercana ha istituito dal 1 gennaio 2025 l’imposta di soggiorno. Sono esenti i minori entro il dodicesimo anno di età.
