This 1920's cottage is a bloc from Downtown Auburn's charming shops, bars & eats, and .5 from historic Old Town and CourtHouse We are located a mile from Robie Pt Western States trail, and .5 from the race' finish at Placer High. We are 10 min drive from the American River, half hour from Lakes Folsom/Clementine, and an 1.5 hours from Tahoe. Our downtown location means we are 1/4 mile from the freeway, with some ambient noise when outside. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home.

Mountain getaway just 15 minutes away from town!

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Modest rustic charm with knotty pine, stone fireplace, old style and faded carpeting, but it is very clean and cozy. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, excellent Wi-Fi, big screen TV and large selection of dvds. Please understand infants and small children are not recommended.
