Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Està situat al mig del poble, a l' alçada de la plaça- a uns 2 minuts a peu-on hi ha un supermercat, quiosc i alguns bars, en una zona sense sorolls a la nit. L' apartament té molta llum i disposa d' un ampli pati/terrassa on es pot menjar a l' aire lliure, relaxar-se i els nens poden jugar. Hi ha un llit de matrimoni, una llitera i un sofà llit molt còmode al menjador. Té totes les comoditats d' una casa pròpia: rentadora, planxa, rentaplats, secador, aspiradora, aire acondicionat i calefacció

Elle ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants et aux personnes à mobilité réduite :escaliers, accès direct piscine, jardin en paliers, toit terrasse donc surveillance impossible. Pas de fêtes.
