Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

Situated just off the causeway bike path, you'll have access to miles of biking and walking trails. Downtown Burlington is just a 15-minute drive away.

Champ's Camp

We renovated this space keeping in mind what we like to have as amenities when we travel as a family with multiple children. Our lakefront home is a perfect base from which to explore all Vermont has to offer and a great place to kick back and enjoy the lake. There is 155' of sandy beach with a large fire pit (firewood not included) and 100’ of dock to fish from. We are just north of Burlington which has a vibrant arts and restaurant scene.

Where you can roam the grounds freely and immerse yourself in the scenic Brewster riverside location while also taking full advantage of everything this prime location has to offer! Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on.
