Es ist ein 1000 Quadratfuß großes Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss, etwa 4,5 km vom Bahnhof und 7,5 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Es ist eine Wohngegend an einer belebten Straße in der Stadt mit einfachem Zugang zu Restaurants (2-3 km), Supermärkte (3-4 km), Lebensmittel- und Medizinläden (zu Fuß erreichbar) und Krankenhäuser mit Bus, Auto und Taxis. Gut bedient von Essensliefer-Apps wie Zomato und Swiggy. Ruhiger Wanderbereich hinter dem Haus.
