During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

A private location on our property. The guesthouse is detached from our estate on five acres. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
