Small rural stone house restored with private garden and parking, offers tranquillity and a stunning view to Serra da Freita and Frecha da Mizarela waterfall. Great starting point to reach the remote hills of Freita, where you can enjoy long hikes, river baths or simply visit the geological and archaeological sites of Arouca Geopark. Located in a small rural village in the hills, nearby you can find a grocery store and good restaurant with local gastronomy. Porto city is just 50 min away by car.

Der Ferienbungalow (ca. 70 m²) befindet sich auf einem Anwesen mit einer renovierten, antiken Villa in der Nähe von Aveiro (25 km), Porto (50 km) und Coimbra (65 km). Drei Terrassen stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung: eine mit Hecken eingesäumte kleine Terrasse, eine weitere große Terrasse mit Barbecue und Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine Dachterrasse von der man, je nach Wetter, das Meer in der Ferne sehen kann. Der 5000 m² große untere Garten hat Spazierwege, unzählige Bäume, Sträucher und einen Fischteich.

Casa Brandão was built by our gran grandfather Frederico Brandão in 1904 and is located nearby the river beach of Burgães in Vale de Cambra. In the proximities of the house begins 2 walking routes and a bicycle route on the banks of the river Caima. Other attractions: The Paiva walkways, the bridge 516 Arouca, the Freita Montain and the water fall Fecha da Mizarela. The property is located approximately at 70 Km (43 miles) of the airport of Oporto and 60 Km (37 miles) of the city of Oporto.

The main material is wood and glass for allowing you to feel the surrounding nature entering the house.
