Just north of Atlanta & 5 miles off I-75, our Hideaway on the Hill features a private entrance to a 240 sq ft private guest suite located on the bottom level of the home. There are no shared spaces. This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive to great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Beautiful Atlanta Home in the heart of Midtown-right in between downtown and Buckhead!This setting offers a 1 bedroom/1 bath private apartment style living. Complete with a living room and kitchenette (small refrig., microwave and coffee maker, not a full kitchen). This property is within walking distance to(less than a mile): High Museum of Art, Symphony Hall, Piedmont Park, Atlantic Station, Center Stage Theater, Savannah School of Art, High Museum of Art, MARTA & many other great locations.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

This is a clean and well furnished Guest Suite/Basement part of the house. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are respectfully welcome in my home.

The Homestead Hideaway is a peaceful suburban sanctuary. NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Our backyard has been transformed into a family friendly playground for kids & adults alike, a well maintained yard complete with jungle gym, geosphere climbing structure, giant sandpit, organic garden, bunny hutch, butterfly gardens, & deck in the woods just down the path, over the creek. You can enjoy the entire backyard at your leisure.
