For those on a staycation or working remotely, the home provides a comfortable and productive setting. Please note that this is an adults-only property, Age 12 up.

Waterfront Studio - A Perfect Vancouver Retreat

Unbelievable views of water, city and mountains! It is a waterfront retreat, in a gorgeous location, walking distance to Granville Island, Olympic Village and Broadway. Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space included (max height 6'8"; nearby lots fit taller vehicles). We live adjacent/upstairs and are happy to help with local tips. Note: the bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower wand - no walk-in shower.
