The Old Farm Bothy is a cosy hideaway for two in a beautiful scenic spot on a working hill farm at the foot of the Angus Glens. With a wood burning stove, small garden with panoramic views and easy walks from the door it is an ideal place to switch off and relax with a good book and fresh air. It's also a great base for walking, cycling, golf, skiing and exploring central Scotland. Studio accommodation with separate galley kitchen and shower room. Outdoor furniture; adjacent parking. The Lodge, Heath Park

NOTE road resurfacing 2 Mar-3 April. No car access 9am - 3pm Mon-Fri. The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park, one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A parking space is adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.
