Trinke Kaffee auf einem der beiden Decks, wandere auf den Bradbury Mountain (3 Minuten entfernt), kaufe im Freeport ein (10 Minuten entfernt) oder speise in Portland (20 Minuten entfernt) – und kehre dann in dein gemütliches Refugium unter den Sternen zurück. Voll ausgestattete Küche, gewölbte Decken, Fußbodenheizung, private Einfahrt, Feuerstelle und friedliche Waldblick machen es zum perfekten Rückzugsort das ganze Jahr über.

Abgelegene Hütte: Aussicht, Whirlpool, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum See

Von einem Architekten entworfene Almhütte mit Panoramablick auf die White Mountains, einschließlich des Mount Washington Entspannen Sie sich im Whirlpool, beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen und genießen Sie eine friedliche Waldumgebung in der Nähe von Seen, Wanderwegen und Skigebieten. 4WD oder AWD ERFORDERLICH vom 1. November bis 15. April Von Mai bis Herbst 2026 kann es gelegentlich (nur an Wochentagen) zu Baulärm auf der Straße (250 Fuß) kommen, da Nachbarn ihr Haus bauen. Die Arbeiten würden ungefähr von 8:00 bis 16:00/17:00 Uhr stattfinden und nicht jeden Tag. Vom Haus aus ist es nicht zu sehen.

A classic 1939 Maine camp sitting directly on Casco Bay with a private dock, sweeping water views, and a saltwater hot tub, all on a quiet private road. Properties like this don't come around often, and once you're here, you'll understand why. The dock puts you right on the water, with one slip available for guests. Wolf's Neck State Park and Wolf's Neck Farm are a short walk away, and Downtown Freeport.

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
