Oh, and the fishing is fantastic! This rental includes the ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL of our waterfront home, and can sleep 6 adults! Please note that this is attached to our private residence but you have a completely separate entryway and 100% privacy!

Godfrey Suite is upstairs in Century Old Farmhouse

Come and relax in a peaceful setting on 6 acres amongst many oak trees.  Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch.  Private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette/family room, TV with FireTVStick, free WiFi, books & games.  Kitchenette has small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. But no sink or stove . Coffee, creamer, sugar, water, paper products and plastic ware provided.  Parking is available on property.

The Craftsman Studio is a new downtown addition to a 110 year old craftsman house. The addition was designed and decorated by a Greenville architect who lives in the main house. The property sits in a historic downtown neighborhood, just 4 short blocks from Main St. Although it's so close to downtown, the neighborhood is a quiet haven away from urban life. (Although there are kids in the neighborhood which could add some flare/fun noise to your day if you’re staying in.)

Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
