Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

Our newly remodeled home is located in the historic town of Idaho Springs 30 minutes west of Denver, the new Virginia Canyon mountain bike trail, near popular ski areas (Loveland, Winter Park, etc) and famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Walking distance to shopping, dining, breweries, historic Gold mine tours, the Indian Hot Springs, lots of outdoor activities (rafting, hiking, biking, fishing, zip lining, etc...), dispensaries and Safeway. Pet friendly. Private fenced backyard w/ new deck and BBQ.

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

Perched at 8,600 ft, our special getaway is tucked among the trees in Evergreen, CO. There is no shortage of epic hiking and mountain biking trails here. We are also a 15-minute drive from ice-skating/kayaking at Evergreen Lake and downtown. For summer concert goers, Red Rocks is a 35 min drive from the property. At night, relax with a book and a glass of wine by the fire. Cap the night off with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. We think this is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

Stay in a living ghost town! The Bread House is one of the original houses in Silver Plume, dating back to the 1880s. Recently remodeled, it's been brought back to life and we'd love to share it with you. The Bread House is a quiet, two-story house with plenty of space to spread out. It's a perfect respite after a day of skiing, hiking, rafting, or fishing, or just for a cozy getaway. We're located right off I-70 next to Georgetown, about 45 min from Denver, and 10 min to Loveland Ski Area.
