Lake Cle Elum is a reservoir and water levels vary throughout the year. Spring to mid summer the water is up to my trail with no beach. Mid summer to winter a beautiful beach is in front of you to drive, quad, snowmobile or play volleyball and frisbee on. The best of both worlds year round.

It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Large (3,200 sq. ft.) four bedroom house, with lots of room for the entire family (and extended family). Located in the middle of Kittitas County, surrounded by 40 acres of pasture- this is a great country escape. We have large south facing valley views with lots of natural light and northern views of Mission Ridge. Located close to Ellensburg and CWU (10 minutes), Suncadia (40 minutes), Leavenworth (1 hour) and Vantage (40 minutes). We can accommodate 10 adults with up to 2 children.
