Island Boat House - Fisher's Landing, NY

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Lily Pad is the perfect vacation rental for two, in historic downtown Clayton! This “urban” zen–gem is one block from the River and the new River Walk. Walk everywhere - to restaurants ,parks, shops and museums. This 2nd story hide-away is nestled between River Yoga, Porch and Paddle, and River Rat Cheese. Off-street private parking. This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

The apartment is two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sits directly on the River, overlooking the marina with plenty of natural light. There is an open-concept kitchen leading to a large deck overlooking the St. Lawrence. This is where you will enjoy magnificent sunsets while watching the majestic tankers slide by. The apartment is steps away from the shops, restaurants, fishing and swimming access. It is the perfect location to enjoy all Clayton offers!

Central location- footsteps away to water access Walking distance to River golf and Clayton distillery 5 min drive to Clayton, 10 minutes to Alex Bay, both have several excellent restaurants and water views as well as gift shops. Several boat rental/ free launch options near by Spacious home with plenty of sleeping, outdoor seating, and yard for games and activities. New for 2025 we have redone the floor and added new appliences.

Thousand Island riverside 3 bedroom cottage.

Near Clayton NY sits cottage with a stunning view of the St Lawrence River. The upper cottage has three bedrooms – the main bedroom with a king bed, sliding doors to deck and spectacular river views, another room with a double bed and another with two twin beds. The bonus for this cottage is an enclosed outdoor shower. The river is swimmable, small dock, and private parking. We do allow pets, but we do have a pet fee.
