Enjoy fishing or watching sunsets from our North Channel dock or one of the several DNR access points throughout the island.

Harts Landing II

This beautiful island getaway is only an hour from Detroit, located on the crystal clear South Channel of the St Clair River. Canal in back to dock your boat. Close to Lake St Clair and Muskamoot Bay for fishing, hunting, boating and swimming. 2 Kayaks with life vests available. Also, new propane fire pit and patio. Please note, ferry is $15.00 round trip. Bring food and drink with you as the only store on the island has very limited supplies. House has a limit of 2 cars, no trailers.

Perfect Hunting or fishing lodge, but spacious and comfortable enough to bring the entire family for a weekend of fun. Located in the heart of lake st. clair boating central. Seawall can be made available for guests who would like to bring a boat, and a boat launch is within 2 minutes. There is parking for two Vehicles and two boat trailers, or 4 Cars. Arrangements can be made for extra trailer parking required. Perfect location for lake Duck hunting and Ice Fishing as well!

Situated on the St. Clair River, part of the St. Lawrence Seaway, you can watch the ships and pleasure boats pass by from most rooms of the house, the front porch or the neighbouring dock. You can swim off the dock in warm weather and enjoy the bike/walking path for 50 kilometres along the river.
