You’ll feel like you’re in a treehouse with the forest out your back window and the beach out your front window. This is the perfect writer or surfers retreat! The Apartment is on 2 floors with bed, bath, seating and desk on 2nd floor and mini kitchen on the 1st floor. Our neighborhood is small, quiet and friendly. Our Oceanfront Lower Cottage is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom remodeled oceanfront cottage unit located on the quieter south end of the Prom in Seaside, Oregon. The master bedroom suite has a king bed. The second bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin over full bunk-bed and a twin daybed. There is also a memory foam sleeper sofa in the bonus room. Wonderful restaurants and activities such as riding your bike, golfing, surfing, arcades, hiking and more are right out your front door.

Our unit is located in a small cooperative of 15 condos there on the beach. These Condos are well maintained at the quiet end of town for rest and relaxation. There is an onsite Co-Host and lock boxes near the office, where you can pick up the keys. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
