Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

The Beach Ranch - Pool

Just a short walk from the the beach this home features a large front deck with ocean views and and courtyard out the back with inbuilt seating and a shaded pergola for chilling out around the pool. Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable

If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!
