All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Soppalco con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Tv+frigobar. Solarium esterno con tavolo e panca. Posti auto.

Das Einzelhaus, das du und deine Lieben für euch alleine geniessen könnt, befindet sich in einer sehr privaten Lage auf 1.300 m. Neben einer vollausgestatteten Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit 2 Schlafcouchen bietet unsere Unterkunft eine große Terrasse, geschützt und sonnig warm, privater Liegewiese mit Ausblick auf die Dolomiten. Das Haus ist öffentlich gut angebunden (Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten zu Fuß) ideal für Touren auf der Villanderer Alm und in ganz Südtirol.

The house was completed in 2019 and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features a large double bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with 4 bunk beds, with two bathrooms. Includes beautiful outdoor space and eating area. Close to ski lifts and summer walks. Private parking.

The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.
